The Commission on Electrostatics, Chinese Physical Society was founded in 1981 by a group scientists of Chinese Physics members.  The commission will organize China National Conference on Applied Electrostatics  every one or two years and  Iinternational Cinferences on applied Eelectrostatics (ICAES)  every three or four years in China
